Volunteer Opportunities for the Congregational Meeting
Quorum Verifier - Person or people to check in and verify voting members.
Recorder - Someone to take screen shots of raised hands.
Monitor - Someone to monitor for raised hands during discussion and alert the chair.
Google Document Creator - Someone to create and update ballots and enter them into chat.
Counter - This could be be done by the Document Creator This person would report back to the Chair results of ballots. If we want semi secret ballots, we may want to enlist someone from another congregation in the cluster.
Phone Facilitator Someone to help people on phones to vote on written ballots.
Zoom Host - Someone to move people in and out of breakout rooms for voting. Starting the recording. Create breakout rooms and move people between rooms
Technical Gurus - People who can assist with technology issues, such as using zoom.
