About Us

Rent Relief for our Local Madres' Families

Our families from Lot Whitcomb Elementary rarely reach out, but they are under an incredible load of stress they are carrying and trying to hide from their children.

Recent storms and less of what little work the Madres families were finding in service and outdoor industries, loss of food with power outages, stress of falling behind for families with kids unable to access school without power, apartments charging extra for ‘late’ payments (perhaps unlawfully)- can feel overwhelming for many of these families.

If you or your friends or family are able, helping with their rent relief seems to be the biggest relief we can provide these families. Even with ‘eviction moratoriums’ in place, landlord are finding ways to pressure, the requirements for extensions are cumbersome, and families will at some point be held liable for unpaid amounts.

To donate click link here, or you can send a check noting ‘Rent Relief’ on the check and envelop to: Creator Lutheran, 13250 SE Sunnyside Ave, Clackamas OR 97015.

Creator Lutheran Church welcomes you to come – as you are, where you are, and who you are – and join us in worship, fellowship, and ministry. The Gospel reveals God's astounding grace as an unconditional gift of love for all people, so ethnicity, socioeconomic status, physical or mental ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status are not barriers to our invitation. Instead, as an inclusive community grounded in God's love and following Jesus' example, we celebrate the diversity of God's creation.
